Potatoes
Why does the commercial tell me a white potato has slightly over 100 calories. Yet my Fitday says a small potato has 133. I was not aware it was just about 200 for a small sweet potato.
Now I am really only annoyed because I was thinking they were less caloric than I had thought they would be…but they aren’t so they should only be eaten before dinner.
I was so tired yesterday and I know it was because the very low carb on the weekend. I wasnt aware broccoli was so low in carbs. A cup is 5. So thats why I need some more carbs. I dont know how britney does this protein vegetable diet plus those hours of exercise because I could not do that.
I dont feel good. My body feels stressed, like I do not want to be here, and also because I feel sick.
I am tired of this feeling!
SP’s are less 15 less calories per oz than whole wheat macaroni. So they are a better choice in quantity.
I am on my fifth day of my good eating ways. I did have a handful of chocolate chips though. But I am not feeling bad.
I am done with the Neti Pot thats for sure. Although I want to still use it, it just makes me feel sick. My brother too. The more I use it the worse I seem to feel.
I wanted to use the treadmill but I haven’t yet because the low carb and now I just dont feel good.
I want to drink lots of vegetable juices to flood my cells with goodness. I haven’t juiced in months either. It costs so much for the vegetables to juice. its easier to buy something although fresh is better.
